Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our exceptional team at an outstanding regional firm in Somerset.

About the Role: As a Litigation Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a mixed caseload of general litigation matters, including civil litigation, property litigation, employment law, insurance litigation, contentious probate, and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed caseload of general litigation matters
  • Work on a variety of cases, including civil litigation, property litigation, employment law, insurance litigation, contentious probate, and contractual disputes
  • Develop strong negotiation skills and become a go-to person for the region

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with NQ to 3 years PQE experience. You should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to living and working in the area.
