Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the buildings and outdoor spaces to ensure they are safe and well-maintained.
  • Carrying out works logged on the CAFM System, including delegating tasks to external contractors where necessary.
  • Receiving and processing works requests electronically and verbally.
  • Conducting Planned Preventive Maintenance Works with the help of external contractors.
  • Performing weekly Basic Statutory Fleet Vehicle checks.
  • Ensuring the properties are secure and the CCTV is functioning correctly.
  • Monitoring the performance of on-site supplier partners through monthly audits.
  • Fulfilling Statutory Compliance Checks within the Facilities Technicians capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Clean Driver's license.
  • Previous experience of maintenance in a commercial environment.
  • DBS clearance.
