Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at MLK Education Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children from 3 months to 11 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future planning.
  • Collaborate with the Nursery Management Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Early Years NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 Food and Hygiene (desirable)
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Experience of working in a nursery setting
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for teaching and working with children in EYFS
