About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Teledyne UK Limited. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across our 7 business units in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and event planning.
  • Manage and grow our social media profiles, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Lead on the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Update information for 7 company websites, ensuring SEO optimisation.
  • Create graphics and copy for printed materials, including datasheets, presentations, and banners.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain promotional materials, coordinating requirements and inventorying stock.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing tactics, analysing data from various sources and monitoring tactical goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proven experience of managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with a positive approach to tasks.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Canva graphic design tool.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel as needed to other sites or exhibitions.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, or relevant field.
  • Experience of working in B2B marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of defence, aerospace, manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in photography or video editing.
  • Knowledge of HTML and Search Engine Optimisation.
  • Experience with SharePoint Web Content Management System and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
