Job Title: DevOps Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced DevOps Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation frameworks using Ansible and Terraform to streamline infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure solutions aligned with industry compliance and security standards.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using Bash, Python, or Shell to automate tasks and processes.
  • Manage infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and ensure adherence to security best practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management, automation, and orchestration.
  • Proven ability to write, deploy, and manage Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning across multiple environments.
  • Experience with managing infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell to automate tasks and processes.
  • Strong teamwork skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Development, Security).

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
