About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parenting Lead to join our CAMHS team in Greenwich. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing evidence-based parenting interventions across our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly specialist assessments of clients referred to CAMHS, utilizing complex data from various sources, including self-report measures, rating scales, and structured observations.
  • Formulate and implement plans for the formal therapeutic treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems, based on an appropriate conceptual framework and employing methods grounded in evidence-based practice.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic interventions for individuals, carers, families, and groups, adjusting and refining psychological formulations as needed.
  • Evaluate and make decisions about treatment options, considering both theoretical and therapeutic models, as well as complex factors related to historical and developmental processes.
