Role Overview

Vestas is seeking an experienced Offshore Commissioning Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Construction & Operations Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of wind farms, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
  • Plan and schedule resources to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards and adherence to local legislation

Requirements

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor, preferably in offshore construction or operation and maintenance
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and process safety standards
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
