Rail Replacement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the replacement rail service, ensuring drivers and vehicles meet our standards, and adjusting the service to accommodate changes. Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing information and assistance to passengers.
- Maintaining a safe transfer area.
- Undertaking passenger counts.
- Communicating problems to the relevant TOC control centre.
- Acting as the key point of contact with station staff.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong administrative and customer-focused experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A valid driver's license is also essential.
