Early Years Educator

We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our team as Nursery Nurses. Our childcare provider is committed to creating a warm and inspiring environment for young children, and we are looking for individuals who share our vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and security.
- Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, fostering their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Support children's emotional and social growth, providing guidance and encouragement when needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
- A recognized qualification in early years education or a related field (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting, demonstrating a passion for early years education.
- A warm and caring personality, with a genuine love for children and a commitment to their well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and families.
- Knowledge of early years frameworks and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- A clean and current DBS check, verifying suitability for working with children.
