Learning Support Specialist

This SEN Teacher role involves teaching students with Special Educational Needs to a high standard, ensuring they have access to relevant knowledge. You will work closely with other schools within the OFG network to develop curriculum areas and oversee planning across pathways.
">Your duties will include monitoring student progress, implementing interventions for underachieving pupils, and maintaining development plans for subject areas. You will also contribute to the development of learning styles and teaching approaches, behaviour management strategies, resources, and whole-school policies for pupils across all pathways.

The ideal candidate will possess QTS or equivalent qualifications and experience working in a specialist setting. We offer a competitive salary up to £44,310.00 per annum, plus benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and mental health support services.
