Operations Team Assistants

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can utilise your administrative skills to drive business success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Team Assistant to join our dynamic Centre Operations team in Wakefield. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our centralised team to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will involve liaising with colleagues across the business, answering emails, making telephone calls, maintaining trackers and issue logs, and preparing data and report information.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Working hours: Full time Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (35 hours per week)
* Contract: Fixed-term 18-month contract or secondment
* Location: Wakefield office hub
* Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum depending on experience
* Experience in administration or customer service is essential
