**Key Responsibilities:**

- Fund Delivery: Collaborate with fund managers to achieve key objectives, report on performance metrics, and manage investment KPIs.
- Commercial Management: Oversee strategic management of multiple renewable energy developers, ensure performance aligns with objectives, and optimize financial returns.
- Governance: Maintain and improve governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with developers, funds, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of investment goals.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect investment values and enhance portfolio resilience.
**Key Requirements:**
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of senior management experience in renewable energy or a related sector.

- Strong regulatory, governance, and compliance knowledge, with experience in managing complex operations across various geographical locations.
