Workshop Controller Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our dynamic team at our Skoda site in Newcastle. As a key member of our Aftersales Department, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring our service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing relevant quality checks
  • Ensure all working practices comply with company, DVSA, health and safety, and OEM policy
  • Liaise with colleagues and other departments to deliver a top-quality service for customers
  • Schedule work to meet customer needs, taking into account workshop targets, job complexity, and part availability
  • Assist with technical challenges and write technical reports as needed
