Job Summary:

Catch 22 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality maintenance and repair service to our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
  • Repair and maintain storage units and other equipment.
  • Conduct pre-use safety inspections of tools and equipment.
  • Use initiative and self-motivation to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of facilities.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Understanding of basic safety rules and regulations.
  • Fluent knowledge of safety procedures for the use of tools and equipment.
  • Excellent map reading skills and ability to plan routes.
  • Good level of communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary up to £30,000.00 per annum, depending on experience, and a company vehicle with tools.

Working Hours:

Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work if required.
