The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms, accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements.

To achieve specific targets, the ideal candidate must utilise all product promotions effectively and identify maximising upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.

A strong understanding of new or updated parts through training courses and bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls, etc. is essential.
