Job Summary:

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Project Specialist to support one of our clients in their payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise and be able to take over the monthly payroll process, as well as provide support to the current manager on the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide support to the current manager on the project, including data analysis and system improvements
  • Collaborate with the client's team to understand their payroll requirements and implement changes as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client's stakeholders, including HR and finance teams

Requirements:

  • Strong payroll expertise, with experience in managing payroll processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement improvements
