Residential Infrastructure Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Customer Project Execution (CPX) department, you will be responsible for performing local technical support functions on wind farm construction sites. This includes leading and driving solutions, and acting as the central point of contact for information or feedback between the back office and the site.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Lead Site Managers, assisting them in daily planning and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily communication with Lead Site Managers, Technical Support, and Commissioning Supervisors
- Onshore and offshore support to Commissioning Supervisors
- Monitoring and analysing WTG performance
- Planning and analysing troubleshooting
- Tasks related to the M&E Completion/Commissioning Supervisor
- Assisting in starting up projects, maintaining documentation packages, and defining training content
- Development of Commissioning Supervisors through Competence Evaluations Checklists
- Driving improvements
About You
We are looking for a professional with profound technical knowledge, preferably within the areas of electricity or mechanics. Experience using internal software Vestas Online Toolkit (VOT), Excel, SharePoint, OneNote is essential. Solid process understanding and fluency in English are also required.
In this role, you should excel in a professional environment that values teamwork. Adaptability and flexibility are crucial, as well as composure and commitment to your work in a time-sensitive setting. Effective problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for complex tasks, and a result-driven attitude are necessary. Advanced communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are also essential.

This position offers an estimated salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Primary work location can be either Denmark or the UK, with 180 days of worldwide travel expected annually.
