Job Title: Hospital Catering Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospital Catering Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patients and visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to patients and visitors
  • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
