Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Regional Planner to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling all work within designated regions in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling all work within designated regions in line with SLAs
  • Proactively monitoring engineers' activity to ensure early dispatch and attendance of first jobs
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with engineers and regional service managers
  • Liaising with key clients over the phone to enhance working relationships

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in this exciting role, and will be supported by our comprehensive training program.

Key Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6/12 months experience in an office-based environment
  • Experience within a customer service/dispatcher role would be an advantage
  • A clear communicator with good telephone manner
  • Good written/email communication skills
  • Computer literate with basic Microsoft Excel skills

This is a full-time, office-based role with a starting salary of £24,500 per annum, rising to £25,500 after completing 6-month training and probation. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including Royal London Pension, Life Assurance, and free parking on-site.
