Warehouse Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Anderson Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods and materials within the warehouse
  • Receive and store incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels and proper storage
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Yard Manager to optimize warehouse operations and improve productivity

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
