Healthcare Support Worker Level 2

Seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Independent End-Point Assessor for the Healthcare Support Worker Level 2 apprenticeship.
We are looking for an individual with occupational competence, holding a registered healthcare professional qualification or having completed a level 3 apprenticeship or regulated occupational competence qualification at level 3 or above. Experience in leading meetings, structured interviews, and discussions is also essential, along with compliance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have current NMC pin number, hold or be working towards an internal quality assurance qualification, and have experience making grading judgements. Familiarity with prevent and safeguarding protocols is also desirable.
This role requires excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and understanding individual needs. The ability to assess free from bias and report risks is also crucial. Meeting deadlines and having personal IT equipment capable of running Pearson required software are additional requirements.
