Role Overview:
The Area Sales Manager – Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems will be responsible for:
- Promoting a premium range of mortars, plasters, and insulation products.
- Engaging primarily with developers, social housing providers, landlords, architects, specifiers, and contractors.
- Managing key accounts with builders' merchants and stockists, including notable names in the industry.
- Ensuring all sales are effectively routed through distribution channels.
- Setting targets based on individual experience and capabilities.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven sales experience within the construction sector.
- A background in merchant operations would be advantageous.
- Experience in insulation products is preferred, but candidates from other building product backgrounds will be considered.
