Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at STAFFING LAB LIMITED.

About the role:

• To oversee and coordinate the production process, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources.
• To manage and motivate a team of staff, promoting a positive work environment and high levels of productivity.
• To maintain high standards of quality control, implementing processes to minimize errors and defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• To coordinate daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources.
• To lead and develop a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
• To implement and maintain effective quality control processes, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• A minimum of [£28,000](#estimated-salary) per annum (pro-rata for part-time), depending on experience.
• Experience in a similar role or relevant industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
