Boilermaker Specialist

As a Workshop Boilermaker, you will play a critical role in fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work in our well-equipped workshop, contributing to a variety of projects across different sectors, including mining, industrial, and marine.

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
• Utilise your knowledge of GMAW (flux core) and GTAW welding processes
• Fabricate a variety of heavy industrial pipework, platework, and structural steel
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Work with a variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, and exotics

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
• Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, GMAW (flux core), and GTAW
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in fabricating heavy industrial pipework, platework, and structural steel
