About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Childcare Professional to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources Limited. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to young people with challenging behaviors in a residential setting.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with young people, preferably in a residential setting, and a willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external agencies.
