Rail Industry Testing Role

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Tester for our client in the rail industry.
  • This individual will be responsible for testing and verifying the functionality of rolling stock systems, ensuring compliance with operational specifications and regulations.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You will work closely with test engineers and other stakeholders to identify and rectify defects, and develop solutions to improve overall system performance.

Estimated Salary: £31,000 per annum + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and verification of rolling stock systems.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in testing and verification within the rail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP system and its applications.
