Executive Leader

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a leading provider of mental health and learning disability services in Scotland. We are currently recruiting for an Executive Leader to join our team in the Highlands.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of existing services, working closely with the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning. You will also provide dynamic leadership to the Senior Support Worker team and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include experience in the management of Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health services, as well as a relevant qualification for the post as defined by the SSSC - an SVQ level 4 in Care / Management.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
