Commercial Development Specialist

Eurovia UK is a leading provider of market-leading materials and construction services to the UK highways industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple frameworks in the South East, reporting directly to the commercial manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor costs and maximise value
- Manage key supply chain partners and subcontracts
- Prepare cost/value information for reporting
- Forecast and assist with budget setting
- Conduct financial assessments and final accounts
- Prepare subcontract orders and assist with procurement
- Manage change and valuation of change
- Perform other commercial duties as required
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- A full driving licence (company car provided)
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- NEC 3 & 4 contract experience
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
We are an Investors in People accredited company offering a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
