We're seeking an experienced Beer Dispense Technician to join our team in Blackhorse Road, London. This role involves installing and maintaining beer dispense equipment, working closely with the sales team to ensure world-class service, and managing inventory and stock takes.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of cellar tech experience, a full clean UK driving license, and excellent customer service skills. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, including free draught beer, discounts at our venues, and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To install, service, and maintain all beer dispense equipment and gas systems to a high standard.
  • To complete service calls in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
  • To champion quality, ensuring all quality control and assurance procedures are followed.
  • To work closely with the sales team to ensure Signature Brew continues to offer world-class service.
  • To manage all cellar and dispense stock and inventory, including purchasing equipment and completing regular stock takes.
  • To work closely and collaboratively with production, quality, and packaging teams to ensure quality control issues and ullage are kept to a minimum.
  • To fit out and build event bars at festivals and events that we manage in-house, as well as managing any outsourced event installations.
  • To drive and maintain a company van, ensuring it's clean and tidy, as well as well-stocked with consumables and items required for cellar/dispense servicing.
  • To comply with all current Health & Safety legislation.
  • To develop a practical and theoretical understanding of relevant processes.

Salary: £45,000 per annum
