We are a leading company seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team at Talent Tent. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and owning ecommerce and marketing analytics strategy, providing real-time analytics to campaign performance and evaluation of campaign performance.

Job Description:
  • Provide data-driven results to improve business performance by analyzing website performance, customer behavior, and profitability.
  • Create and own ecommerce and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Track and analyze business performance using statistical software such as Python.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into funnel and website performance.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable data and insights for improvement to the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing/ecommerce analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures.
  • Confidence to present findings to senior leadership with ability to engage in meaningful business discussions.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as Python.
  • Clear communication skills with ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Experience with dashboarding optimization and attribute tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Triple Whale etc.
  • Ideal candidate located along M4 Corridor.
