Head of Brewery

A leading beer company is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Head Brewer to lead their Scottish brewing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large brewing teams, with a deep understanding of brewing science, production processes, and modern brewing technology.

As Head Brewer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire brewing process, ensuring high-quality products and adhering to regulatory standards.

You will work closely with the R&D and marketing teams to develop new brews and improve existing recipes, while maintaining stringent quality control measures.

Additionally, you will drive sustainability initiatives and collaborate with global counterparts to share best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production processes, from raw materials sourcing to final product packaging.
