Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Department Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our luxury retailer store. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with your team, setting high standards in your store, and driving results in a complex operational role.



Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop a well-merchandised store with high visual standards
  • Manage all aspects of your department and section, including recruitment, training, and standards


Requirements:



  • Proven experience of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ideally experience of working in multi-product stores or luxury retailers
  • High levels of motivational ability to inspire and lead your team
  • A strong track record of delivering results in a complex operational role
