About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Posture and Mobility Services team in Greater Manchester. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing mobility needs, prescribing wheelchairs and associated accessories, and providing leadership to the local clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess mobility needs and prescribe wheelchairs and accessories
  • Provide leadership to the local clinical team
  • Supervise junior staff and provide clinical guidance
  • Liaise with service user groups and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of internal training resources
Requirements
  • Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload
  • Confidence in using digital systems and software
  • Full current UK driving licence for a manual transmission vehicle
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, dependent on experience. The role also offers a range of benefits, including a Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance Scheme, and Employee Assistance Scheme.
