As a Specialist Insurance Advisor - Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional sales and customer service experiences.
  2. Handle new business, policy issuance, adjustments, and renewals.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable insurance policies.
  4. Work towards individual and branch KPIs and sales targets.
  5. Fulfill any other duties as required by the business.

Requirements:

  1. No prior insurance experience necessary; we offer full training for the right candidate.
  2. Demonstrated commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
  3. Professionalism, diligence, and composure under pressure.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
