You will work with a diverse range of clients, including residential developers, agricultural businesses, local authorities, and housing associations. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements, public rights of way issues, compulsory purchase orders, funding due diligence, planning appeals, project development and appraisal, judicial review, and enforcement issues.
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in planning law who possesses excellent communication skills and a client-first approach. You should be proactive and eager to contribute to the team's success.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £85,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible working options.
