Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse to join our temporary workforce as a Bank Staff Nurse. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose a working pattern that suits your needs, working in various clinical settings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Main Duties
- Liaise with other staff and departments to promote effective working relationships and maintain high standards of care and service.
- Act as a role model at all times, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.
- Maintain a safe environment for all staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring that all equipment is safe and in working order.
- Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of patient records, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
- Report incidents and potential risks to the sister/charge nurse, contributing to a culture of safety and transparency.
- Attend mandatory training and participate in continuing development and education, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Work flexibly to cover the needs of the service, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Essential Criteria
- 6 months acute experience as a Registered Nurse
- NMC registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development
