About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Advisor to join our team at Stellar Select. As a Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice to clients seeking mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough fact finds to identify client needs and recommend bespoke mortgage solutions.
  • Package mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze credit history and financial information to assess eligibility and identify potential risks.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Achieve minimum KPI requirements and targets, reporting to Senior Team Leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout the mortgage process.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Desirable: CeMap qualification or equivalent experience.
