Job Title: Construction Accessories Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Accessories Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Maguire Recruitment Ltd. As a Construction Accessories Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and promoting engineered solutions in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in civil or structural engineering, and experience working in a technical capacity within the construction industry.

You will work closely with suppliers to improve technical literature, carry out technical demonstrations and presentations, and respond to enquiries with technical solutions and product knowledge.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a 5% bonus, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues
  • Promoting engineered solutions and products in the construction industry
  • Liaising with engineering consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Working with suppliers to improve technical literature and product knowledge
  • Carrying out technical demonstrations and presentations
  • Responding to enquiries with technical solutions and product knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience working in a technical capacity within the construction industry
  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete spacers, construction chemicals, waterproof & gas barriers/membranes, and other related products
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
