Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

About the Company:
Our client is a leading international brand in the glass partitioning systems sector, renowned for designing, managing, and installing large projects globally. They specialize in beautifully designed glass partitions and doors, primarily focusing on commercial workspaces and having worked on some of the world's most iconic buildings.
Job Summary:
This role involves ensuring project costings are met, ensuring compliance with project requirements, processing claims and payments, and communicating with the Environmental & Sustainability Lead regarding project targets. The position requires a permanent base at High Wycombe with travel to sites in Oxford, Cambridge, and London as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costings to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Process claims and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with the Environmental & Sustainability Lead regarding project targets and standards.
- Travel to sites in Oxford, Cambridge, and London as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry at an intermediate level.
- Construction-related qualification at T Levels, BTECs, Degree, or higher.
