About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed finance professional to contribute to a leading company in the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Manage and reconcile financial statements
  • Ensure accurate recording and analysis of financial data
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Monitor the company's bank accounts and accurately record cashbook transactions
  • Reconcile card receipts and reconcile bank accounts in GBP and Euro
  • Support effective delivery of virtual terminal payment processes
  • Process customer refunds via bank and card
  • Support the Management Accountant in preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support the Management Accountant with the preparation of reports to deliver compliance and reporting responsibilities
Requirements
  • Relevant educational qualifications in finance or accounting
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
