Care and Support Assistant

The Adults Mental Health Support Assistant plays a critical role in supporting adults with mental health needs in a community setting. This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual who can deliver high-quality care and support services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist service users with daily living tasks and activities to promote independence and self-care
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss service user progress and plan
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of mental health principles and practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
