Role Overview

We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to four adults with autism and learning disabilities living in our new home.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to the individuals we support, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Contribute to creating a happy and inclusive home environment that promotes independence and social interaction.
  • Support individuals with their daily routines, educational pursuits, and community activities.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required as full training and induction are provided.
  • A driver's licence is an advantage but not essential.
  • You must be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging.
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is £29,719 (including one sleep-in shift per week), with an hourly rate of £12.00. Upon completion of qualifications, the hourly rate increases to £12.50.
