**About the Role:** Baillie Martin is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to users, manage incidents, and administer various IT services.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and desk-side assistance.
  • Manage incidents and requests in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Assist with hardware, software, network, and communications problems.
  • Administer backups, Active Directory, and Exchange services.
  • Ensure security and user role management for the organization.

**Requirements:

  • IT-specific qualifications or certifications.
  • Experience in a similar IT environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Salary:** £33,000 per annum, plus benefits.
