General Labourer and Heavy Plant Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to fill the position of General Labourer and Plant Operative at our waste site. This full-time permanent role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining a clean site, operating heavy machinery, and assisting the team as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate confidence in operating machinery.
Working Hours and Environment
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. You will work in a waste environment, which requires flexibility and adaptability. Although it may not be suitable for everyone, we believe that this role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a close-knit team. We also provide regular breaks and opportunities for meal times, ensuring that you remain energized throughout the day. In addition to your duties, you will be required to assist with yard duties, such as cleaning and maintenance.
