The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex applications into large, complex organisations, and will be able to leverage their expertise to drive business outcomes.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Leading the system implementation project within the transformative programme
  • Developing and implementing a project plan that aligns with the client's business objectives
  • Managing cross-functional teams to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior staff members, to ensure that the project meets their needs and expectations
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity
  • Developing and implementing a communication plan to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project
  • Ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the client's policies and procedures

  • Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a large, complex organisation
  • A track record of delivering complex applications into organisations
  • Experience with matrix management, strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals
  • Sound track record of initiating and managing large-scale projects within a complex organisation
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects within a programme
  • Ability to build effective relationships with, and command the respect of, a wide range of stakeholders, including senior staff members, influencing as necessary and resolving conflict
  • Demonstrably strong influencing, negotiating and communications skills with the ability to listen and respond to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, generate effective solutions and make effective decisions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as an ability to communicate technical and complex messages effectively with all levels of staff
