About the Role


We're seeking a skilled Heating System Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a Heating System Specialist, you will play a vital role in installing our Air Source Heat Pumps, helping us drive the global renewable energy revolution.


Key Responsibilities



  • Work as part of a team to install low-carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Use your knowledge and experience of heat pump installations to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review and refine technical specifications and mechanical drawings
  • Work with an electrician to commission Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Continuously learn about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre

Requirements



  • G3 (unvented cylinder) qualification or proven experience in the field
  • Experience in boiler installation, with knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps a plus
  • Experience as a plumbing and heating engineer with expertise in heating system design and fault-finding
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than six points
