About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the digital transformation of our group supply chain. As the Head of Supply Chain Transformation, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the digital transformation of the group supply chain, including design, build, and deployment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed supply KPIs for the group, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Manage a 3rd party warehouse and distribution service contract to provide the most cost-effective and reliable supply channel.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new logistics solutions and build a business case for change.
  • Serve as the group logistics functional expert for strategic business projects and sourcing decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a strong network to deploy operating standards and drive business change.
  • Implement solutions that drive and deliver stock optimization across the group.
