Bennett and Game Recruitment, a leading technical recruitment agency based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Technical Hydraulic Breaker Service Specialist to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a comprehensive range of hydraulic breakers for construction, demolition, mining, or quarrying machinery.

The successful candidate will perform both workshop and field service-based roles, servicing hydraulic attachments (breakers, grabs, etc.) and fitting new equipment such as rotators. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

This position involves:

  • Service and repair hydraulic attachments in the workshop
  • Preparing attachments ready for hire to high standards
  • Repairs and maintenance to hire fleet of 300 and customer attachments
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop area allocated to the job function
  • Following the company's health and safety procedures at all times

In return for your expertise and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £15-£17 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Additional benefits include:

  • Overtime available according to company policy
  • Saturday working on a rota basis (1 in 7 weeks)
  • 21 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
  • Company vehicle
  • Pension scheme
