We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at our Acton site. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen our leadership team and contribute to our company's success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, improving commercial performance, and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for progressing our business through commitment to circular services, CSR, and net zero targets.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, able to balance customer needs against commercial objectives. You should be able to demonstrate experience of driving performance in a similar role, where high customer service levels are essential to ensure continued success.
