Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English teacher to lead our English curriculum area. The successful candidate will teach both Language and Literature across the key stages, including the possibility of teaching A Level.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to join our College as Head of English Language, a post suited to teachers of English with sufficient experience to drive forward the development of the Language curriculum, as well as pedagogical development.

The successful candidate will be part of a new leadership structure within the English curriculum area and will work closely with a team of subject specialists committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of teaching and leadership experience, with a passion for English Language and Literature. They will be able to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
